No artificial colors, preservatives or high fructose corn syrup. We use pure cane sugar and lots of love, and all products are made in small batches in central IL.
Blackberry Brandy has long been known for use in deserts. Blackberries are known for their antioxidants. We decided to try taking our Blackberry Jam up a notch by combining it with the Brandy. Berries & Cream Bruschetta is one of our favorite ways to use it. Mix 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 6 tablespoons orange juice and 1 teaspoon grated orange zest. Beat until blended. Place a slice of Pound Cake on each of six plates. Top each with the cream cheese mixture and add a spoonful of jam and a dollop of whipped topping.
