Everything is better with bacon, right? I started baking and doing jams and jellies for Farmers Markets in 2013. After a discussion in a group about Bacon Jam, I knew I had to try it!
After several versions, this is the recipe that I knew was "It"! My best seller at markets, it was time to expand to gift shops and small stores.
How do you use it? The first thing I did was top a baked potato (I can hardly go to a restaurant without wishing I had a jar with me), then spread it on a burger. The possibilities have continued. Spread it on a grilled cheese, make a BLT without making a Greasy mess in the kitchen, put some on your hotdogs, mix it in with green beans, add it to sour cream for a dip, add it to roasted potatoes, mix with some bourbon and spread on grilled meats, or add it to cream cheese, green chilies and velveeta for Bacon Cheese Burger dip! The possibilities are endless.
