No artificial colors, preservatives or high fructose corn syrup. We use pure cane sugar and lots of love, and all products are made in small batches in central IL.

    Jelly doesn't have to just go on toast. Use some of these ideas for a change.
    Give iced tea a fruit flavor by stirring in 1 to 2 teaspoons jelly.

    Stir a dollop of Jelly into a bowl of oatmeal.

    Sweet and sour sauce, combine 1/2 cup of jelly, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup wine vinegar. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Instead of duck sauce use whatever jelly you've got on hand for a condiment with pot-stickers. Or combine with soy sauce for a dipping sauce.

    For variety in Asian stir-fry to add texture and a sweet/tart flavor.

    Change up your barbecue sauce, giving it a little fruit flavor, by adding in a jelly.

    Use Wine Jelly as a glaze on a fresh fruit tart.

    Jellys are a delicious cake filling, its a great way to liven up plain yellow cake.

    Spread over pancakes or waffles.
