Merlot Black Pepper Jelly, Merlot Jelly

My Country Cupboard is fully licensed in a certified kitchen, including licensed to sell in all 50 states. We use delicious simple ingredients. Jelly doesn't have to just go on toast. Use some of these ideas for a change.

This sweet and hot jelly pairs well with salami when used on a sandwich or charcuterie board. But, let's talk more meat. Top a roast with 1/2 jar and bake. Yum, what a delicious change from boring roast.

Change up your barbecue sauce, giving it a little fruit flavor, by adding in merlot black pepper as well .
