Hot Pepper Jam

My Country Cupboard is fully licensed in a certified kitchen, including licensed to sell in all 50 states. We use delicious simple ingredients. No artificial colors, preservatives or high fructose corn syrup. We use pure cane sugar and lots of love, and all products are made in small batches in central IL.

This hot pepper jam is a delight over cream cheese on a cracker, or pour the bottle over a brick of cream cheese to entertain a crowd. A blend of jalapeño, green bell and red bell peppers, paired with the sugar, gives this a kick to satisfy the heat desired by many. When entertaining a crowd, I like to place bricks of cream cheese on a tray with dishes of several varieties of our pepper jams.
