Mango Jalapeño Jam

My Country Cupboard is fully licensed in a certified kitchen, including licensed to sell in all 50 states. We use delicious simple ingredients. No artificial colors, preservatives or high fructose corn syrup. We use pure cane sugar and lots of love, and all products are made in small batches in central IL.

Sweet with a little kick! Fresh ripe mangoes paired with jalapeños make an excellent condiment to compliment cheeses and sandwiches. Soften a brick of cream cheese and pour this jam over it as a great appetizer with crackers.
At my café, we use it on one of the favorite sandwiches on our menu. We start with sourdough bread, spread the Mango Jalapeño Jam on the bread, add brie cheese and thinly sliced turkey. The combination of flavors is amazing!

Or pair with fish. We smoked a CARP! (I know, who eats carp?), then flaked it, put it on a saltine cracker and topped with Mango Jalapeño Jam and it was like eating candy!
